Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Our products can be delivered to most countries across Europe, North and South America, Asia, and Australia. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, please feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to confirm and assist you.

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–25 business days worldwide, depending on your location. Please note that occasional delays may occur, especially during peak seasons.

How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time. Delivery times depend on product availability, your shipping destination, and the courier’s delivery schedule in your area.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order is processed and shipped, your tracking number will be automatically added to your order and emailed to you.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, or if the tracking status remains “unavailable” for 3–5 business days, please contact us using the form in the Contact section.

How do I track my order?

To check your order status, click Track Your Order on our menu page, enter your order number and email address, and press Track.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT, the national postal service. In some cases (e.g., if an item is not available in Portugal), we may ship directly from our Ukrainian workshop using Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s national postal service.

In all cases, final delivery is handled by your country’s national postal carrier.

Are all the products you sell in stock?

The products offered for sale are available in stock and are part of our standard range that we regularly produce. If the ordered product is unavailable for any reason, we will inform you immediately and may offer a longer processing time or a product of equivalent quality and value. If this is not possible or does not suit you, we will promptly issue a refund.

Apart from the refund for the unavailable product, we are not liable for any further compensation due to the cancellation.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer express or expedited shipping.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the Contact form.

Cancellations are only possible before your order is shipped.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled.

What happens if my parcel is returned to the sender?

If your parcel is returned to us due to:
- an incomplete or incorrect address
- refusal to accept the delivery
- multiple failed delivery attempts

Please note:
- shipping costs are non-refundable
- that reshipping costs must be covered by the customer
