All design and master model work is done in Portugal and Italy. Production, including the casting of all metal elements, takes place in Ukraine and Montenegro. Assembly and packaging are completed in Portugal.

Most orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT (national postal service). In exceptional cases (e.g. if an item is out of stock in Portugal), your order may be shipped directly from our workshop in Ukraine for faster delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we always provide a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel in real-time. In most cases, delivery takes 5–15 business days worldwide.

The final bracelet length will always be slightly longer than your wrist to ensure a proper fit.
Each design varies depending on the clasp style, leather thickness, and bead count, and we take all of that into account when crafting your piece.

Please get in touch with us — we’ll provide instructions on how to adjust the size yourself (if the bracelet’s design allows it). If it cannot be adjusted manually, you’re welcome to send the bracelet back to us for a size adjustment.
