While we strive to ensure every order arrives perfectly, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, so you can always feel confident and supported in your purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us through the inquiry form in the Contact section.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (exceptions may apply) and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments and will not process refunds unless the returned item is received.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the product’s cost (minus shipping charges unless otherwise stated) to the credit or debit card used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days (usually within a shorter timeframe) of receiving the return. Your credit card company may take 3–20 business days to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

b) Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
c) Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.
